What disease is this on Tropical Fish (picture included)?

White cotton like single spot on fin. Fungus? Bacteria? Is it ick, but then again is ich only several spots? Anyone know any good medication for it?

That looks like a bacteria, Flexobacter (Chondrococcus) or Fungus.
My Gold Severum gets this when I have not been diligent about water changes.
You will want to do regular water changes. I would actually start with the water changes only. That alone could improve your fish’s condition. This condition usually shows up in poor water conditions.
If it doesn’t clear up or show improvement after a few days, you can use melafix. Follow the directions on the bottle. Using medication is always more stressful for your fish though.
As all aquarium enthusiasts knows, sometimes life takes over and water changes aren’t done as often as they should be.
