should I sell my koi to a good home/pond?
HI, i currently have a 6-7 inch koi in a ten gallon tank. I bought a use 55 gallon tankf rom somebody and 4 Tropical Fish came with it. I don’t want to stunt it’s growth anymore as it’s been in there for almost 3 months now, but I don’t want it to be a harmfull situation for the tropicals if I were to put it into the 55. Should I sell it to a local pet store and have them sell it to someone with a pond or huge tank, or should I keep it? I am a litlle bit attached to it, so please help me to get over this! Please tell me what I should do for the best health and happiness of the koi. And will it remember me after a few months away anyways? thanks.

Find someone with a goldfish/koi pond willing to take him.
The ten gallon is absolutely out of the question for him, and while the 55 is an improvement, even that would be very temporary.
