Beginners Guide To Tropical Fish
I am thinking on writing my own guide..?
Hello;
I am a highly experienced fish-keeper (did have a TC badge), and I was thinking about writing a guide to help other beginner fish-keepers, or even advanced fish-keepers with their cold-water or Tropical Fish.
Should I bother with it, because I really want to help other people, and it will be in a great layout and format. Easily navigational – interactive and hard copy.
Things will be included like, cycling, diseases, tank sizes, water quality, introducing fish, feeding fish, plants, gravel, filters, lights, – basically everything I know.
What do you think?

Yeah, go for it. Although there are a lot of so-called guides available, some are totally inaccurate and/or based on dated material. Keep in mind that fish aren’t the only critters kept in aquariums, though, so would you include requirements for other critters as well?
With so many new species being discovered, profiles on these would be welcome as well, especially if you’ve successfully kept and bred the fish.
